7. Event Registration and Participation
Some of our programs — including retreats, conferences, and special events — require registration and may involve a registration fee. Registration for these events is governed by these Terms and by any additional terms, waivers, releases, or codes of conduct presented at the time of registration. Specific cancellation, refund, and transfer policies will be communicated for each event. Participation in physical events involves inherent risks, and you may be required to sign a separate liability release prior to attending.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any email or by contacting us directly. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kerygma Ventures disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Kerygma Ventures, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Kerygma Ventures in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

14. Modifications to the Services and Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
