Leadership Expedition is a life-giving environment of adversity and discovery designed to reveal to young men that they are sons adopted by a good Father. This transformational truth is foundational for the Christian, and as a believer begins to discover the depths of this identity as a son, he becomes “unintimidatable.”
“Unintimidatable” may not be in the dictionary, but it describes the very character of God. He is not intimidated or limited by anything that humanity or the world presents to Him. As men participate in LE, they discover more of who God is, what He has done for them, and who they are in Him. As this truth is revealed, they understand that they are fully known and loved by the one who cannot be intimidated.
At Leadership Expedition, we believe that everyone who has put his trust in Jesus has been given the identity of an adopted son of God. The finished work of the cross changes everything. Our hope is to exemplify and teach why this truth matters and how it affects men in their day to day lives. We believe that men who are transformed by this will impact the world around them. LE exists for men who desire to learn and grow. These men are not perfect but hunger to grow in embracing challenges and facing failures that point them to what is true. In a society that increasingly encourages young men to define their own identity, Leadership Expedition seeks to impart to them that there is an identity that has been given to them. They are sons adopted by a good Father. We believe that this will change the course of their lives. This is the vision of Leadership Expedition.
Leadership Expedition combines a regimen of classroom learning, physical training, small group discussion, and team-focused activities to provide a unique, purposeful, and challenging experience that brings about transformation.

Speakers
Having served churches in various pastoral roles for more than 35 years, Tom now forms partnerships with pastors and their leadership teams to provide appropriate training and resources for their churches. Through Shared Life Services, he mentors, teaches, preaches, and assists leaders. He and his wife Joy live in Bedford, Texas, and have been married 40 years. They have five adult children, including spouses, and two grandsons.
Kenny Thacker is a musically gifted minister who carries a unique anointing for prophetic insight impacting today’s church, as well as a heart for true discipleship. His rare sense of humor opens hearts to receive the Word of God. Kenny’s passion is assisting people in discovering who they are in Christ, developing their gifts, and seeing them released into God’s purpose for their lives. He has been active in ministry for over 40 years as a Pastor, Worship Leader and popular national/international conference speaker. Originally from Kentucky, he and his beautiful wife, Lynn, now reside in Prosper, Texas, where he leads SoundWord Ministries.
Dudley Hall is a recognized teacher who has been blessed with extraordinary gifts for equipping the body of Christ. He holds a Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelors degree from Samford University. Dudley’s formal ministry began in college leading youth evangelism crusades. Sensing a need for discipleship training beyond the initial “sinner’s prayer” experience, he developed a follow-up program to citywide evangelistic crusades that touched thousands. He has helped plant churches throughout the United States and Africa.
Dudley is passionate about the centrality of Jesus Christ and the proclamation and practice of the New Testament gospel. He mentors young men, business leaders, pastors and ministry leaders, connecting the generations in a single-minded pursuit of knowing the Father as only a son can. Dudley is gifted in empowering men to embrace their masculine spirituality and leadership roles. His teaching and discipleship materials are used around the world.
