Gathering for a meal is universal to the human experience. Every culture has answers to the “hows” and “whys” of feasting. Scripture has a lot to say about feasting, and we believe that this is an area of life that can and should be an integral part of our expressions of the Gospel.
The Table is an intimate retreat for those who would like to explore the biblical foundations of hospitality and the theology associated with feasting. It is a “hands on” and interactive retreat with participants fully engaged in making the weekend a success.
This retreat, led by Dudley, Renee, and Mary Claire, will be a refreshing time of the joys of creating and sharing meals together and an exploration of the theological underpinnings of celebration and feasting. Will you join us at The Table?
